Message	We don't take apart any CHRAs in our turbos. We have a BRAND NEW Garrett CHRA that goes in. Everything is balanced before they are sent out. I am having a hard time understanding why these turbos leak and all the others we've had made don't. All have the same CHRA (stage II) and this is the first occurance we've encountered. I think until the final outcome has come forth...that is when anyone can take part in fixing the problem.
